If you are interested in having an event/birthday party at the pool, please download the form below, save it to your computer, fill it out, and email it back to general@swanlakeswimclub.org. Do not fill out the form in your browser, as the data may not save. You may also print it out on paper and turn it in to a manager at the pool. Forms must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event and must be approved by the pool manager.




Event/Guest Policy


  • ​​All guests must be accompanied by a member at all times while at the pool.
  • ​Members may have a maximum of 5 guests per day.
  • ​Member’s children who are age 14 or over may bring a maximum of 3 guests 14 or older unaccompanied by an adult member.
  • ​All guests under age 14 must be accompanied by an adult member, 18 years of age or older, at all times.
  • Members are required to remain at the pool with their guests.​
  • ​​Members are responsible for their guests at all times.
  • Parties may have a maximum of 20 people. A written request for a party must be presented at least 1 week in advance with the management. A list of those attending is required at the time of request along with the total number of adults and children. Regular guest rates will apply.
