Guest Fees

If you are interested in having an event/birthday party at the pool, please download the form below, save it to your computer, fill it out, and email it back to Do not fill out the form in your browser, as the data may not save. You may also print it out on paper and turn it in to a manager at the pool. Forms must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event and must be approved by the pool manager.

Event/Guest Policy

  • ​​All guests must be accompanied by a member at all times while at the pool.
  • ​Members may have a maximum of 5 guests per day.
  • ​Member’s children who are age 14 or over may bring a maximum of 3 guests 14 or older unaccompanied by an adult member.
  • ​All guests under age 14 must be accompanied by an adult member, 18 years of age or older, at all times.
  • Members are required to remain at the pool with their guests.​
  • ​​Members are responsible for their guests at all times.
  • Parties may have a maximum of 20 people. A written request for a party must be presented at least 1 week in advance with the management. A list of those attending is required at the time of request along with the total number of adults and children. Regular guest rates will apply.
